How is the periodontitis outbreak affecting Italy?
More than 1,000 people in the southern province of Genoa have been infected with a new strain of coronavirus, according to a statement by Italy’s health ministry.
The Ministry of Health said on Friday that it had received a report of cases in the region in which there had been a spike in cases in recent weeks.
The ministry said that it was now investigating the cause of the spike in infections.
The government has not said when the outbreak started, but has said it has taken measures to make sure the outbreak does not spread further.
The last time a new coronaviruses was found in Genoa was in 2014.
It was discovered that the new virus was produced by the bacterium Yersinia pestis and spread easily through close contact with animals.
The Italian government has pledged to ban the consumption of beef and pork.
